I live in New Orleans and most of the local work like that is being contracted through local unions and companies. Any company that is based out of the area in operation is working longer then normal hours. I have not heard of any company being able to take 1 week off since the devestation is that overwhelming. Many of the people working 2 weeks with 1 week off are volunteers or maybe subcontractors.

Try checking nola.com for job ads, or neworleanshelpwanted.com other then that all I can tell you is you would have to come here and apply for work yourself since there are many locals/natives that are changing career to some sort of contractor work, and businesses popping up all the time.

a minimum of a million,836 human beings lost their lives in typhoon Katrina and in the subsequent floods, making it the deadliest U.S. typhoon because of the fact the 1928 Okeechobee typhoon. wiki isnt constantly precise for strange issues yet im particular this huge form is somewhat maximum suitable.
