i don't think it is that important if he dies because there are many other fanatics around him that will quickly take his place. to answer your question, i think he will be killed when the countries that support his activity with money, weapons or protection will end their support. and i think he won't be killed/captured by western forces because the countryes that support him don't want a witness to their envolvemen... so he'll most likely be "finished" by his current allies

Wixard, great answer. I agree. Clinton tried twice to get him, Bu$h has tried many times. I have alot of confidence in the military and the CIA. When they want someone dead, there dead.

BTW, I understand it is ilegal to order the assination of anyone. It is a fine point of debate that "we are at war", since Congress has not declared war against anyone, "Binladen" or "terrorist" or "IRAQ" or "the like minded".

One thing for sure, Terrorist will never, never stand and fight. They do the deed behind your back, never face to face. Another fact, Bin Laden is not in Iraq. We are Spending $6 billion a month in the wrong country. Bin laden is supported by "terrorist" and "like minded" that cash will never stop.

When?

Nobody knows.

He might have been caught already if we did not squander our resources in Iraq.
