Despite the allegations of most of the Answerer's here, the last two U.S. elections are NOT the most rigged. There are many in South America and Africa which are rigged from start to finish. Some of them only have one candidate to vote for. Can you get more rigged than that?

All Latin countries rig elections. Lately the US is beginning to fall in that category of countries, probably as a result of the NAFTA agreement. Bush´s elections are a historical legacy the country will have to carry forever. Our grandchildren will be told scary stories at night involving the takeover of a decent nation by an evil dictator the likes of which the US has never seen before.

Many of the worlds democracies hold elections that outcomes are predicted in advance.Countries such as Russia and many of the South American and African countries rig the elections with the concent of the people.Don't think we can count them. But,for outright thief, the elections of Bush have to be a classic lesson of how to rig and get away with it.
