Him and people like him is our cost for having freedom of speech. We can't shut someone up just because we don't like what they say. Personally, I think he's evil incarnate and a moron but if we shut him up who will be next? Besides, every time he and his 'church' open their mouths they just show what biggoted morons they are is all.



As for the funeral protests, alot of states are making laws about that. They might lose in court but ole Rev. Horses-Hiney there will be long dead and doing the two-step with Lucifer by the time the final outcome is read.

this country exists in the form it does because 'brother' phelps has the right to speak his mind. whether you agree with his message of hate- and i'm sure there are some poor bigots who do- you do have to allow the man the right to his opinion.



if he has the wherewithall (think- money) to spread it to a town near you there's not much you can do. you DO have the right to protest if you wish to exercise it. if not, you'll just have to 'tolerate' the hate for a while until he moves on to his next stop. it's called 'tolerance' and it's a key tenet of freedom.
