People who say that he isn't are avoiding the news. He has gone nuts and he's taking the US down with him. After this ridiculous war you know that he wants to move into Iran. Killing is his business, not helping the world become a better and safer place. More innocent citizens have been killed in iraq with Bush in power than under the entire reign of Saddam.
Republicans LOVE to call liberals ignorant but this one checks her facts. 39% approval rating!! He's almost as unpopular as Nixon. That's not just because he's misunderstood.

No. First of all, under Clinton, we didn't show full force, mainly because he didn't know how to use it, though he deployed the military more often (average of once every nine weeks) than any other president. Second, moving against Iran might not be a bad idea, considering the madmen running that country who want to "facilitate the return of the Mahdi" i.e. bring about their version of the Apocalypse. Second, suggesting Cheney is running the country is a really ignorant comment -the man's got heart problems, and the kind of stress the presidency entails would have killed him by now if he were running it. Third, this is about having to deal with a mess nearly 30 years in the making. Bush is not Lukashenko, or Putin, or Turkmenbashi, or Ahmadinejad, or bin Laden. If he were, do you really think we'd be able to have these kinds of discussions?

Mad for power??? Mad period. This is a man who will stop at nothing to take down the middle class Americans and make slaves out of the economically poor. Read George Orwell's Animal Farm or even better his 1984. This is NO JOKE. This man has fought so hard to make sure EVERY civil liberty that Americans have fought for has been taken away. The so called "Patriot Act" is anything but Patriotic!!!!!! I will never understand how this horror happend to the country that I love. I could spend a year answering this Question, but I'll suggest to you to start reading "free press" mags. like "Mother Jones"

The ones that are mab for power are the Dems, Bush is doing what Clinton was afraid to do. He is taking on an enamy that could and probebly is in our on back yard. An enamy that was educated in our country at our schools and payed for by our taxes. Is he mad for power NO and I suport him and will stand behind him and what he dose to free the world of the terrorest that only want everyone to be brought down to there level. But the Liberals know that and want the same thing.

Mad for power? It would really help you out if you added more info about this so we could all be on the same page but as it stands now. He has done nothing to show that hes mad for power. In a way he's giveing power to another Country so it's more like hes into giveing power not takeing it.

Yes. Power is part but greed is a equal part. Bu$h is a neocon, they favor the wealthy over the masses.
Neocons also have no problem telling Americans lies.
Hitler was a Madman. He wanted to rule the world by force. He also killed 1.5 million. Hitler felt his race should be the race of power. We now live in a Dictatorship, most are not educated or well informed or they would know Evil when they see Evil.

Most Definitely. if you havn't noticed, America is the only super power in the world. Before George Bush came in america hadn't fully shown its power. Now you are either for america or against them. And he has got all the strongest countries to bow down.
Ps: Oil is the most powerfull energy resource that the world has at the moment!

People who say that are unable to come up with any real criticism, so they make up something that might appeal to the unintelligent.
If someone were "mad for power" I hardly think booting out the dictator of a third world country that supports terrorism and installing a democracy would be the action of choice.

NO, George Bush is hated by his political enemies because they have no power. The filibuster didn't work, they lost the presidential election, all the Democrats have left is name calling.
