Yes they should and how much of it is related to cancer rates?- I have heard there is proof somewhere and I will look for a study of it.

It is not something that most fluoride advocates are willing to admit, but there are literally millions of Americans with fluoride hypersensitivity that are having to endure toxic, and often painful side effects from fluoride exposure on a daily basis. According to PDR, roughly one percent of the population, which translates into at least three million Americans, has this hypersensitivity, which translates into serious rashes and lesions on skin and in the mouth, as well as gastric problems, headaches, joint pain, weakness, vision problems, and chronic fatigue.

"In hypersensitive individuals, fluorides occasionally cause skin eruptions such as atopic dermatitis, eczema or urticaria," say numerous editions of PDR published over the years (http://www.fluoridealert.org/health/allergy/...). "Gastric distress, headache and weakness have also been reported.

I am one of those hypersensitive individuals. Years passed as I got sicker and sicker not even considering fluoride was the cause. I was so sick that I could do nothing not even shower. That is when I discovered it was the fluoride. Once I did not shower in it I started to get better. It is a long journey to recovery for me as it accumulated in my body for years. I have lost everything and can not work.

It cannot hurt. I got water reports when I lived in Denver which told me all of the contaminants in the water, and ppm. I do not recall seeing fluoride.

What would be the argument for "assumption of risk" that they "chose" to drink the water anyways?

Poor can't buy private water. That effects the elderly and minorities more than other groups, that means AARP and NAACP would be all over it.

The warning only admits guilt, it doesn't provide any protection

Nope. They would rather the issue just go away.

An informed public is not in biggov.com's interest.

They may consider to once they get slapped with a hefty lawsuit.
