Don"t you feel that the ruling parties, the CBI, the Incometax Dept. are the only people afraid of Sri Anna Hazare and his team?Has the CBI and Incometax Dept. have thouroughly failed in their duties?What can the Supreme Court do unless cases are referred to it ?The process of refering cases is a very cumbersome process abd most expensive . The CAG can do much more provided he is given all the required documents then and there. In practice, the higher authorities hide all important documents and delay the work of CAG .In such circumstances how can all the irregularities done by the politicians and those in power come to light. Unless all the ministers under the PM,, the PM himself the CBI , the Incometax authorities work without fear or favour, the possibilities of rooting out corruption cannot be dreamt of . We can only pray God, that is the only place where we can get justice.

1.All the corrupts, be them of any Party or Govt. Officers etc.etc. are afraid of Jan Lokpal Bill.

For your information, as per the CVC Report of 2010, 43% of BJP Members are corrupt, in comparison to 19% of the Congress members.

India is fortunate that UPA is ruling now, which does not tolerate Corruption, and as such, all the scams would have been possible to come into open and so many of Ministers and MPs are in Jail.

Had it been BJP rule, nothing would have come out, because BJP nurses Corruption, and shields its corrupts.



2. CAG is an Independent Agency.No Govt. Officer can hide any fact or file from it. Otherwise the scams would never had come out.

I feel that it is a plan of the opposition. Had the opposition been in power today, it would have done away with Hazare as it did away with Gandhi long back.



Hazare may be true in his fight for corruption but the opposition is using him as the trump card to comeback to power and will dump him the moment they get power.



I can even say with conviction that Hemant Karkare was killed by persons whom he was acting against as he was not only a true officer but also impartial in investigation. He was a victim of a higher political agenda.



Same as the Mumbai blasts, that rocked recently. What happened? Once it came to light that the opposition had a hand in it, it got hushed up.



Even the Taj hotel incident shows that the oppositon was involved with a foreigner not from pakistan but our hindustani descent kept a tab on the hotels and visited India in the guise of someone else for more than five times.

Jan Lokpal bill is drafted by the most incopetent, disgruntled and self centred people in India. It is one thing to win applause from the galleries, and quite another to save India from anarchy.



These people decided upon themselves that they were the true patriots of India. Kiran Bedi's act of waving the tri colour at the Ram Leela grounds time and again, reminded us of the 'patriotic fervor' that was created by Sushma Swaraj at the Rajghat (the famous Ho- Ho- Ho tune). And they compare themselves with Bhagat Singh, so that they can emotionalize the atmosphere to their advantage.



A sensible bill drafted by eminent politicians of India can only keep a check on corruption without affecting the governing system, otherwise we will be giving a clear invitation to anarchy in India.



We want India to win and not Anna Hazare!
